1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the MellowSMP server, website, or store, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services or making purchases.

2. Virtual Goods

All items purchased from the MellowSMP store are virtual goods. You are purchasing a limited, non-transferable license to use these items within the MellowSMP environment. These items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency.

3. User Conduct

Purchasing a rank or item does not exempt you from server rules. If your account is banned for violating server rules (including but not limited to cheating, harassment, or griefing), you will lose access to your virtual goods without a refund.

4. Billing & Disputes

Any attempt to chargeback or open a dispute via payment processors will result in an immediate and permanent IP ban from MellowSMP and its affiliated services. We reserve the right to pursue legal action if necessary to recover lost funds.
