Our policy on virtual good refunds.
All Sales are Final
"Because our products are digital virtual goods, we generally do not offer refunds once the item has been delivered to your account."
1. Delivery Failure
If you do not receive your item within 24 hours of purchase, please contact our support team on Discord or via the contact form. If we cannot resolve the delivery issue, a full refund will be issued.
2. Incorrect Purchases
We encourage you to double-check your username before checking out. If you accidentally purchase an item for the wrong username, we can transfer the rank or item to the correct account, but we cannot offer a cash refund.
3. Server Shutdown
In the unlikely event that MellowSMP permanently closes its doors, no refunds will be issued for past purchases. All funds are used for server maintenance and operation.
